Centrally located B&B, the small and cozy room you are looking for between art, culture, nightlife and sea. In the historic center of Vasto, about 3 km from the beaches of Marina di Vasto, two minutes from the shuttle stop for the beaches (5 minutes), very close to the castle, the main square of the city, the beautiful gardens and ancient buildings, as well as the best cocktail bars and restaurants. Located a few steps from the splendid balcony overlooking the sea, in a place full of archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural value, in the historic center of the city, just go out on foot to experience the main attractions of Vasto. A perfect location for couples on vacation or on a romantic getaway, businessmen on business trips, sportsmen looking for a place to relax after exciting excursions.
Check-in is from 2 pm till 9pm , late self check-in available on demand with independent access (the host is available 24 hours a day by telephone) while check-out is till 10:30. Access to the facility is open 24 hours a day, no keys are needed, the doors are opened with a 6-digit pin code and / or smartphone with NUKI app installed. All for the maximum discretion and privacy of the guests (each guest will have a unique code, generated each time, valid for the duration of the stay, which will open the main entrance and their own room only).
Upon arrival you will find a brand new structure, completely renovated building with anti-seismic certification, high energy class, soundproofing, research and attention to accessories and details, respect for the environment, attention to energy and water saving. Minimal but luxurious furnishings with warm and natural materials.
Two types of rooms (Deluxe double and twin rooms) all with private bathroom, emotional shower with chrome-therapy, hairdryer, full LED mirrors, orthopedic memory latex mattresses and pillows for maximum comfort and rest, organic cotton linen and towels, daily cleaning and sanitizing service, independent air conditioning and heating in all rooms, air purification system with ionization, suitcase holder, USB sockets, full LED lighting, free super-fast WiFi throughout the B&B, Smart TV (TIM Vision, Netflix, Amazon Prime) and a free bottle of water; the Deluxe room is bigger (20mq), with a big bathroom and a small balcony. The minibar is only available in the breakfast area (drinks for a fee).
From 7:00 two famous bar of the city center will be waiting for you on the corner to pamper you with a breakfast full of homemade cakes, coffee, cappuccinos, juices, extracts and delicacies freshly prepared.

Rooms are available from 2pm till 9pm (late self check-in available on demand with independent access) the host is available 24 hours a day by telephone, for self check-in it is necessary to send the documents in advance and communicate the arrival time via WhatsApp at +39 370 3084076 or by email to residenzaaragonesevasto@gmail.com
At your arrival at the B&B you have to hand a valid ID document to us (i.e. identity card, passport or driving licence) for registration as per Italian regulations. The non observance of law is considered a violation of the penal code, and obliged us to ask you to leave the facility immediately. Your personal data are managed in compliance with the Privacy Act 675/1996 and Legislation n° 196/2003.
Guests can go out and return 24 hours (entry with pin code or smartphone with App NUKI), by observing rest time of the facility and neighbourhood (from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 7.00).
On departure, guests are asked to leave the room vacant by 10:30 to do the cleaning. It is however possible to keep the room later than 10:30 with a supplement of an additional day of stay.
The B&B declines all responsability for the loss, theft and/or damage of objects of your property left in your room and for any damage to people or things from and to third parties.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the facility and in the rooms. The observance of this simple rule is to protect non-smokers or people will come after you, as well as a standard for fire prevention (fire alarm with active smoke detectors).
It is forbidden to receive visits and other guests other than those staying there and organize parties or gatherings inside the facility or in your rooms unless explicitly authorized by the B&B’s owner.
The cleaning of the rooms and toilets and the sanitisation are done every day from 10:30. Bed linen and linen are changed every 3 days to protect the environment and against the waste, the same for the change of towels and shower towels earlier on guest request or towels left in the bidet to indicate you want the change.
Correct and civil use of toilets is recommended: do not throw anything into the toilet, please use the specific waste bins. It is also recommended to turn off lights and air conditioners whenever leaving your room. For a sustainable stay, please close windows when heating or air conditioner is on, and keep a reasonable temperature in your room. Do not leave battery chargers connected when not in use.
To guest who for misuse, negligence and carelessness causes harm to the facility, its equipment or objects in use, will be charged the amount needed for repairs, replacements and cleaning of the case. For thefts ascertained the B&B owner will proceed according to the law. B&B rules are not only the legal ones, but especially those related to common sense and mutual respect. Any damages must be declared and compensated immediately, all charges due to guest defaults, mini-bar drinks included, will be debited your credit card by using the data you give us when booking.
We are not liable for any disruption due to total or partial lack of supplies of electricity and/or water or telephone line and/or Internet connection malfunctions not depended by the facility directly.
Animals/Pets are not allowed in the facility.
Guests can make their reservations online, by phone or email, any penalties for cancellation are retained from the down payment deposited or they are charged on the credit card communicated at the time of the booking. Data transmitted online has a legal value. Before confirming your reservation by email, please read our Internal Rules and highlight your acceptance.
Cancellation fee: if the Client decides to cancel a reservation made with B&B Residenza Aragonese directly, he/she is asked to advise by email or by phone. For any cancellation or change done:
- up to 3 days before arrival no charge
- after this deadline or no-show we will charge the full amount of the stay
- the B&B in not liable for cancellations beyond its control such as flood, fire, earthquake, wars or socio-political events, etc.)
Breakfast: from 7:00, two well-known cafés of the city center wait for You at the corner, to cuddle you with a full breakfast: homemade cakes, coffee, cappuccino, fruit juice, fresh juices and delicacies freshly prepared.
Frigobar: available in the kitchen (additional charge).

I will welcome you in a modern and comfortable structure, the right balance between family and professional environment, in friendship but with discretion; I have traveled a lot for work and I have put my experience to give the guests of my B&B the maximum comfort and a pleasant experience to repeat willingly.
I am a sportsman, I love jogging and MTB rides, I can organize guided tours in beautiful paths between the sea and vineyards in the hills with breathtaking views (bike rental available for a fee), or a jogging path or a walk to visit the beauties of the city center, the balcony overlooking the sea and the main monuments.
